The instruction to start MS Single Sign-On Service
The First Method:
-Go to Start->All Programs->Administrative Tools->Services
-Right click at Microsoft Single Sign-On Service
-Click Start
The Second Method:
-Go to Command Line
-Type "net start ssosrv"
